We retained Advanced Property Management to be our property manager.
When they came on-board our financials, landscaping, maintenance and upgrading projects were in disarray. When we interviewed Advanced we apprised them of this situation and she assured us they had the capability to correct these deficiencies. And they did.
A yeoman effort was required to get caught up on certain projects as well as the financials and that effort was made in a pleasant and professional manner. When we notified them of problems, they were addressed in a timely fashion. When outside vendors were required they scheduled the work and made sure the work was completed satisfactorily and at the agreed upon price. When work requiring an outside vendor was required their recommended vendors have always done a satisfactory job.
