The day-to-day business of dealing with contractors, suppliers and government agencies has become an easy routine. Disaster management was necessary after previous hurricanes. Clean-up, dealing with insurance appraisers and negotiating with general contractors was very well done. Furthermore, the cost of management fees has been both reasonable and stable.
