Advanced Property Management Services has been managing our association since its’ inception in 1999 – 2000, or at least as long as I can remember. We built new in 1999 and in 2003 we retired and moved into our new home. Since that time, I was elected to the Board of Directors, first as a Board Member, and then as President of the association.
As a result of my position, I have had the opportunity to work with Advanced Property Management.
Anyone I talk to within our condo association who has dealt with their representatives has nothing but wonderful things to say about them and their work ethic.
I personally believe that honesty and integrity are what it is all about. To date they have never let me down. They hold true to their word and walk the “extra mile” to ensure customer satisfaction.
The reports they develop for the Board of Directors are detailed, accurate, and timely. When called upon to do research for us in a particular endeavor, they do it efficiently and in the necessary detail.

I cannot guarantee that they will give you the same quality of service as they give us, but I do not believe that they would give you anything less. They offer commitment to the customer and provide superb service. They are honest and treat all of our residents with respect and dignity. They follow through on their promises and have yet to break their word……..and in this day and age, that is truly a blessing for our community.
