Advanced Property Management Services has been managing our association since its’ inception in 1999 – 2000, or at least as long as I can remember. We built new in 1999 and in 2003 we retired and moved into our new home. Since that time, I was elected to the Board of Directors, first as a Board Member, and then as President of the association.

We retained Advanced Property Management to be our property manager.

When they came on-board our financials, landscaping, maintenance and upgrading projects were in disarray. When we interviewed Advanced we apprised them of this situation and she assured us they had the capability to correct these deficiencies. And they did.

A yeoman effort was required to get caught up on certain projects as well as the financials and that effort was made in a pleasant and professional manner. When we notified them of problems, they were addressed in a timely fashion. When outside vendors were required they scheduled the work and made sure the work was completed satisfactorily and at the agreed upon price. When work requiring an outside vendor was required their recommended vendors have always done a satisfactory job.

Our association is responsible for all exterior maintenance, landscaping, collection of fees, financial reports, and more. One of the hardest jobs any condominium association undertakes is choosing a management company. It is imperative that the management company have the ability to provide all of the services needed. Advanced Property Management has provided such services to our association. It’s not just the day to day operations, but the emergency situations that separate Advanced from other companies. An hour after a hurrican roared through our association, Advanced was on site surveying damage and assisting homeowners. The next day, their in-house staff was on our roofs checking for leaks and removing any debris from the area that could be a danger to our community. The clean up was quickly arranged and insurance claims were promptly placed. Even day to day emergencies are handled promptly. When a unit owner recently noticed that there was a sewer backup, it took Advanced in-house staff less than an hour to diagnosis and fix the problem.
